How it works: every resort gets a monthly base-depth outlook from a statistical model trained on 48 winters of snow-station data, driven by the current multi-model seasonal forecast (temperature and precipitation anomalies from ~10 global models). Rankings blend five condition factors — base-depth outlook, fresh-snow tendency, bluebird probability, snowpack cover and rain risk — weighted by your preferences.
